I ordered ahead of time for a pick up at 4 pm the following day (Mother's Day). When I arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I was told it was almost done and needed 5 more minutes. Waited 15 more minutes before going back to check in my order. Apparently it was lost, and I was not told so until I inquired why it was talking so long when it was supposed to be done already. Why not be honest up front? So an hour after my order was supposed to be ready I got it. Food was just okay. Definitely not worth waiting for an hour in the car with my hungry children considering the amount that I paid. The manager said he would give me discount but I haven't seen it credit on my account. Will not be ordering from here again anytime soon. Disappointing Mother's Day dinner.

From the one answering the phone to final delivery, it was a great experience. Of couse the pizza was the best in Rockford but the terrrimiso is the largest and most delicious I've ever had. I like to tip generously and was thanked by both one taking order and driver. Always a lovely way to treat oneself.

Curbside pickup; excellent service...I ordered two appetizers ....love love the Spinach Artichoke dip (my favorite) I’ve had this at other places but this is the best and I also ordered the Mac and Cheese Bites which were very tasty too!! Very good food at Maciano’s no matter what you get !

Best of both worlds when it comes to pizza in Rockford... thin or thick, you can’t go wrong... excellent staff and service and LOCALLY OWNED!

Absolutely awesome. When I called about a small issue they bent over backwards to make it right. Great service all around even including the delivery person. But nothing beats their food. Great taste and absolutely delicious. Always get more than 1 meal out of our delivery. We will be life long customers!

We love Maciano’s in Elgin but we were camping and searched pizza places near me and were pleasantly surprised to see another Maciano’s in Loves Park. I phoned in a curbside order and the girl on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived our pizza was ready and the person who brought it out to the car was very friendly. Both pizzas were delicious as always 😊

The pizza is superb and the bread sticks are to die for. We did the curb side pick up and the staff was great. They kept us up to date on our order. Great service, Great food we will be back!

Pizza was ready at the time promised. Just the right amount of toppings and a nice amount of cheese. A little greasy but not bad, maybe just from the wonderful cheese and sausage. We order from Maciano’s at least every other weekend.

We had a great experience with the curbside pick up. We were even happier with the pizzas we ordered. They were so good! I cannot wait to order from Maciano’s again!

We love Maciano’s. Everything is good. The signature tortellini ala vodka is my son’s favorite. We had the seafood pasta and it was terrific. Speedy delivery as well.

Quick delivery and pizza was excellent! Recently moved here from NY and this is by far the the best pizza I’ve had since moving here and the closet to NY I can find!

Pizza was delicious! 1 hour was quoted for delivery, it was delivered within 45 minutes.

First time there. Had thin crust pizza. It was very good! Definitely would go back again to try something different off their extensive menu! Desserts looked amazing, but too full to have any.

Never disappointed. Great pizza and salad. Pizza is never greasy. I usually have my order delivered but this time we did carryout. They have food ready when we picked it up and it was still hot by the time we got home. One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Highly recommend

Can I just say.... those clams in the white wine sauce were good..... then I sopped up the white wine sauce with the bread that came with the meals.... OMG! I am Not a big bread eater but I couldn't stop. I never did get to MY meal that I ordered..... I made a meal out of the appetizers.... Oh yeah.... the Stuffed Mushrooms were to Die For too!

Amazing!!! My wife and I had Maciano's cater our wedding, and they did a fantastic job. It was super delicious and the portions were generous! Many people complimented the food and loved it!

Great neighborhood spot. Consistently good. A little disappointed that a couple of items have been removed but for the traditional pizza , pastas etc., they are very, very good. Service is always pleasant and professional. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Everything is always good here, italian beef was not up to par this time, but these are not up to par times! Just glad they are there and trying. Ordered something no longer on menu, I was very pleasantly offered something similar for small up charge, to which I readily agreed. Kitchen went way out of their way to create a beautiful and delicious dinner.

Go to place for pizza and bread sticks. Never a bad experience and always great service.

Always great food! The cheesy beef sandwich is the best you can get anywhere! And get either the garlic or cinnamon bread sticks to go with it! You wont be disappointed!

Friendly staff food cooked perfect as I requested specifically how to cook. Always arrives earlier then then they say and delivery driver always courteous and smiling.

I just ordered lasagna with meatballs and 2 orders of Minestrone soup for delivery, and I did get the lasagna but the soup I got was broth and just celery!!!! THAT'S NOT MINESTRONE SOUP!!!! AND I ORDERED 2 SOUPS!!! AND I ONLY GOT ONE!!! SO I TRIED CALLING THEM RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER!!! I CALLED 7 TIMES!!! I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT I PAID 34 DOLLARS INCLUDING A TIP, AND I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! AND I AM A MANAGER OF A RESTAURANT ALSO!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I JUST WANT MY FOOD REPLACED THAT I PAID FOR!!!

They were speedy and made a delicious sausage pizza that reminds me of pizza in the good old days. I'm not really a sausage lover...ordered for someone else...but I tasted and it was very good.

We order from Marciano’s at least 2 x a month. They always deliver before the time allowed. Food is always hot. They have some of the best thin crust pizza around!

The pizza had a thin crust, just the way I liked it. The toppings were plentiful. But I couldn't get any parmesan cheese. All they had was Romano cheese.

Food very good and deserts were huge and delicious. I gave it a 4 stars because pricey and no offers of any coupons for 1st time order online.

Great pizza. Lots of toppings with lots of great taste. Next time we will try the double thick crust. Thin was good but we are used to thicker crust.

Our order wasn’t complete in the bags, missing items. Gave us the wrong sauce on all the pasta items we ordered. The garlic bread was good.
